By accessing and using the Afrobraids Connect platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Afrobraids Connect acts as an intermediary platform connecting independent braiders with clients.

We do not provide braiding services directly. Contracts for services are made directly between the braider and the client. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided.

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

When you make a booking, you agree to pay the total amount presented at checkout, including the service fee and any applicable platform fees.

Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.

Cancellation policies are set by the individual braiders and are displayed during the booking process.

Platform fees are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by the braider or under specific exceptional circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afrobraids Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
